Robert Leroy Ingersoll
Robert Leroy Ingersoll was an infantry officer in the trenches in France in WWI.
He was the Commander of the VA Hospital in Beacon, NY. during its construction
in the early to mid 1920s He served as a Major in the Corps of Engineers at this time.
